CES Waiver Director
Nic Steelman has extensive experience in social services, including six years with DCFS and a background in the mental health field with Perspectives Behavioral Health. He is a graduate of Henderson State University. Outside of his professional life, Nic enjoys spending time with his family, attending festivals and events, and sharing hobbies with his son, such as watching anime, playing games, and staying active at the gym.

Brian Johnston earned his degree in Organizational Management from John Brown University. He has experience in a wide variety of businesses and looks forward to using the skills he's learned over the years to continue his career at the Kistler Center as Waiver HR Manager, serving our most valuable assets, our employees. In his free time Brian enjoys spending time with his grown kids, his puppy, and playing World of Warcraft!
