Post Shift Notes

All Notes from your shift must be entered as soon as possible. It is imperative that your notes are detailed and contain correct information. Notes that do not document progress/lack of progress and thoroughly explain what you did each shift can result in a Person Served having their benefits reduced or lost. At the bottom of the page, there is a link with instructions for how to enter a post shift note in HHA from your cell phone.
